One of my favourite books from my childhood was about three friends who spent their holidays with their Aunt. They were never bored. They want to become detectives but detective work requires sacrifice and self-denial. You have to conquer your fears, overcome trembling knees, practice your skills of deduction and track thieves also late at night.
