This book is an excellent and wise story with beautiful illustration which shows everyone children and adults the great truth: every sadness brings some joy. It teaches us to accept [positive and negative feelings and  teaches courage of remaining despite overwhelming anxiety. This is a lesson in happiness. If one day you decide that you rid of everything which make you unhappy remember the boy who did not want to be sad.
 

Dr Goldblatt is a clinical psychologist, in private practise living in California with his family,  wife and three children.
