11th November 2018 Polish Independence Day in NZ

November 11, 2018 in New Zealand is drawing to a close. Today we celebrated 100 years of Poland regaining independence. It was also the day we commemorated the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I as did all of New Zealand. In Auckland, we started yesterday with a independence walk at sunset on Piha Beach.
